1. A Cashapp deposit of $30 is required when scheduling an appointment. Failure to do so leads to cancellation.
2. Always inform the braiders of any allergies to hair products or general preferences before the service begins.
3. Cash, CASHAPP or Zelle is preferred
4. Ensure that you are satisfied before leaving the shop. Hair complains can be fixed within one week after the appointment.

6.we charge extra for human hair, hair accessories and length changes.
